Session Description: The Advocacy, Membership and Education committees for the Alliance are proud to provide a webinar to help members better understand and articulate their value to internal and external stakeholders. This webinar will explore multiple Alliance stakeholders’ perspectives on how they determine the value proposition of what they do, how they measure success and how this success is communicated to both internal and external stakeholders.

This session will serve as a foundation-building exercise prior to our Annual Meeting in January which will have specific focus on the value concept. Come to the Alliance Annual Conference prepared to LEARN and DO!  Be bold, the Alliance will help equip you to help deliver a message to your key stakeholders.

Learning Objectives

  1. Identify how different stakeholders in the CPD community define and perceive value
  2. Discuss techniques, strategies and best practices for knowing and communicating value within organizations and to external stakeholders
